Their sleep also tended to be deeper, calmer, they had less nightmares and remembered less of their dreams.

There are plenty of products with CBD available in stores, so you can choose something that will fit your preferences and will be easy to take before sleep. Tinctures with droppers, made to be taken sublingually are probably the most popular. CBD infused gummy bears are also among top choices recently. Some manufacturers are also offering CBD aiding medication mixed with other substances such as melatonin. And when you’re looking for something less standard… we’ve also managed to find pillows infused with the compound, although their effectiveness might remain a mystery.
